  • Offer prepared on legal state approved forms and presented to sellers
  • Coordinate with the lender for a seamless transaction
  • Provide you with a list of qualified experienced inspectors and other service providers
  • Negotiate with the seller on any inspections issues that may arise
  • Ensure you receive the title commitment for review and approval
  • Do a final walk through of the property with you to ensure it is ready for you prior to closing
  • Go to the closing with you in case you have further questions
